Kentucky Trailer Names Tracy Walker as General Counsel

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – July 22, 2019 – Kentucky Trailer, a leading manufacturer of custom trailers, truck bodies and mobilized workplace solutions, announced the hiring of Tracy Walker as General Counsel. Walker will report to President and CEO Gary A. Smith Sr.

Walker joins Kentucky Trailer from Ackerson & Yann, where he was a transactional lawyer in the Business Practice group and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia and a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. Super Lawyers® has recognized Walker as a Rising Star in the area of Business & Corporate Law.

While at Ackerson, Walker was engaged in many of Kentucky Trailer’s business dealings.
